Ann Burns, Founder & CEO
Ann is described as someone who is ‘wise, bold and fearless’ as she provides honest and straightforward advice. She has 30 years of experience as a strategist, mentor, advocate and 25 years as an executive on a NYSE listed global entity. She has worked extensively with many different leaders across the globe in diverse industries (Energy, Mining, Not-for-Profit, Retail). She is a Non- Executive Director, Graduate of AICD and a qualified coach (IECL and GALLUP). She is also the host of a thought-provoking Podcast series and is often asked to be a keynote speaker.
She is also an active member of Chief Executive Women, the Chair of the Leadership Development Committee and designs and facilitates the CEW leadership programs. As an experienced senior executive she brings the wisdom and tenacity to help leaders thrive in both triumph and adversity.

Steve Coughlan, Co-Founder & Executive
Steve has a talent to make really challenging things happen. He has a reputation of being ‘driven, accountable and adventurous’. He loves to do the ‘tough stuff’ and has 40 years of experience as a Technology Executive having worked all over the world from South America to Europe and across Asia. He has a healthy mix of real-world industry experience (Technology, Telecommunications and Energy) and deep consulting expertise. He has a reputation for being the ‘calm voice of reason’ providing leadership and certainty through difficult and challenging transformation journeys. As an experienced senior executive he is results driven and thrives on working with teams to bring ideas into reality.
